We are a coalition of everyday Somalis, civil society groups, businesses, and concerned citizens who are dedicated to fighting corruption. We believe that corruption is one of the primary barriers to a prosperous and just Somalia, and we’re determined to create a groundswell of change.
Why We Exist
Corruption hollows out our institutions, erodes trust in government, and prevents Somalia from reaching its full potential. We believe:
- Every Somali deserves access to essential services without bribes or favoritism.
- Entrepreneurs should be able to start and grow businesses based on their ideas, not who they know.
- Public resources should benefit all citizens, not be siphoned off by the corrupt few.
What We Do
- Awareness: We educate the public about the damaging effects of corruption and how to identify it.
- Advocacy: We inform policymakers and push for stronger anti-corruption laws and better enforcement.
- Support: We provide confidential channels for reporting corruption and offer guidance to those who have experienced it.
- Empowerment: We connect and mobilize citizens at all levels to demand accountability and transparency.
Who We Are
Our team includes:
- Concerned citizens: Teachers, students, business owners – people like you who are tired of the status quo.
- Civil society leaders: Representatives from NGOs and community groups dedicated to social justice.
- Legal experts: Lawyers and professionals focused on strengthening anti-corruption frameworks.
We are a strictly non-partisan and non-denominational movement. We welcome all Somalis who share our vision of a corruption-free future.
